The state of California requires every employer to maintain a comprehensively written, active and implemented safety program. In addition to an Injury and Illness Prevention Program or IIPP, every employer is required to maintain industry-specific documentation. Improper documentation is the most frequently cited issue by Cal/OSHA. For the nearly 20 years we’ve been in business, our documentation has never been cited – a claim that none of our competitors can make.

As part of your Mock Cal/OSHA Inspection we will review your company’s documentation to verify that you have all of the necessary programs required for your industry.

As an EEAP client, your Documentation will be written exclusively for your company, your industry and for your specific location. Plans will be kept current with Cal/OSHA code for as long as you are on our monthly support plan. All programs will be implemented and your staff trained. Your documentation will be provided in an electronic format. (Printed copies are available for a nominal fee.) Supplements will be provided throughout the year as needed. Each year, and at no additional cost, we will completely re-write all of your Cal/OSHA required documentation to reflect the revisions from the prior year – you won’t find another safety professional that will do that for you for free.
