Emergency Support

We recognize that you may have to work early hours, late nights, weekends or holidays. When a serious accident or incident occurs, you can have the peace of mind knowing you can reach a professional safety consultant right away.

In the event of a serious injury, you only have 8 hours from the time that you are aware of the incident to report it to Cal/OSHA. Once the injured employee has been stabilized, you may call EEAP to help determine if the event requires a report to Cal/OSHA. If so, we will provide hands-on guidance to assist you through the initial phases of dealing with Cal/OSHA paperwork, footwork and phone calling.

NOTE: Failure to contact Cal/OSHA within 8 hours following a serious injury will result in a mandatory $5,000 fine. Let our experts help you determine the severity of the situation and whether or not it requires notification.

Ongoing Support:

Please call us during regular business hours to answer any safety-related questions or concerns. We don’t charge any extra for our safety consultation service. If we don’t have the answer right away, we will research it and get back to you in a timely manner. Other aspects of our ongoing consultation support include:
